TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms of services apply to NON-COMMERCIAL USE commissioned works

General...

  • Communication will be done via Twitter. The client may request to chat through Discord as well.

  • Artworks will be done in the illustrator's style. The client may not request the illustrator to imitate other styles.

  • Expect artwork to be done within 2-3 months. The illustrator may deliver it earlier depending on their availability and commission complexity.

I won't do...

  • NSFW, Mecha, Extreme Gore, or Furries (sorry...)

  • Anything else that makes me uncomfortable

Payments and Refunds...

  • Payment through PayPal. Accepted currencies are USD, Euros, and PHP. The client must also pay PayPal's additional fees.

  • No chargebacks. If the client does otherwise, they will be permanently blacklisted.

  • Additional fees may be added if the client gives a fixed deadline or asks for a rush job. The fee may vary depending on the conditions set.

  • The client must pay 25% upfront, 50% once sketch is approved. Illustrator will not proceed until payment is received. This condition does not apply to sketch-only commissions wherein you must pay 100% upfront.

  • Strictly no refunds allowed. If the commissioned work is unsatisfactory, the client or illustrator may discontinue at whichever phase.

I, the illustrator...

  • Reserve the rights to the commissioned work. These include the rights to any work the illustrator produced during the preliminary stages until the final output of the commissioned work.

  • Reserve the rights to add the commissioned work to my portfolio. The client may request its removal at any time.

  • Reserve the rights to decline or cease progress of commissioned work. The client may ask the illustrator for further inquiries regarding this condition.

  • Strictly prohibits using commissioned works for NFTS, Crypto, AI, or anything associated with the mentioned terms. If the client does otherwise, they will be permanently blacklisted, prohibiting them from commissioning the illustrator in the future.

You, the client...

  • Must provide the illustrator reference materials relevant to the commissioned work. These materials include illustrations, text descriptions, or pictures that may aid the illustrator in completing the commissioned works.

  • Must indicate if the commissioned work is for commercial use. Commissioned works are automatically under non-commercial use unless the illustrator and client confirm otherwise. The illustrator strictly prohibits commissioned works under non-commercial use to be resold or reproduced for monetary compensation or commercial advantage.
